90-Day Challenge: Week 13 How-To Guide

Can you believe we are in the final week of the 90-Day Challenge?  It always goes so fast!  Below is the final week how-to guide!

Tuesdays Rule!

This week, we finished off our Try-it Tuesdays with our second 90 Day 5K Fun Run/Walk hosted by our Run Club Coordinators!  Many participants beat their personal records and times from the first 90 Day 5K on kickoff weekend.  For more photos and information, visit Life Time Run’s Facebook page. And don’t forget that joining Life Time Run Club is free and that they host ongoing Tuesday night runs!

Final weigh-ins were also scheduled this week!  Participants needed to either RSVP online or schedule with a PT to get it done by 5pm on November 3rd
