- 2 pounds ground turkey (dark meat)
- 1 celery rib, chopped finely
- ¼ cup cilantro, chopped finely
- ½ cup carrot, chopped finely
- 2 scallions, green party only, chopped finely
- 2 tsp fine ground Celtic or Himalayan sea salt
- ½ tsp ground ginger
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
- Form into patties (about 6) and grill or fry in coconut oil until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
