Detox-Friendly Meatball Recipe

D.TOX-Friendly Meatballs 

*Dairy Free, Gluten Free, Soy Free

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Bake Time:  20 minutes

Yield:  12 meatballs


  • 1 pound of ground turkey (thawed) free of hormones and antibiotics
  • 1 cup of quinoa/wild rice blend, cooked
  • 1 tsp basil
  • 1 tsp parsley
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp red pepper flakes 


  • Preheat oven to 375°.
  • Combine ingredients together in a bowl. Form small 2 inch sizes balls, and scoop them into a muffin tin lined with baking cups.  
  • Bake for 20 minutes.
