This challenge is perfect if you’re trying to lose a large percentage of your total weight and establish more consistent healthy way of life habits. This Challenge is based on total pounds lost.

Feb. 7-9
Weigh in weekly. Stay accountable and you could win 300 LT BUCK$. RSVP for and participate in Try-It Tuesdays every week.
Feb. 7 - May 9
Weigh Out
Do your final weigh-out and add up your body fat change or pounds lost. Take an “After” Photo wearing your 90-Day wristband.
May 7-9
Write Your Story
In 800 words or less, write the story of your journey. Every story is different, and we want to hear yours.

Vote for winners in both categories
